Our approach

WELCOME ABOARD

Every organisation is unique. The ambitions, the story, the culture: for seamless recruitment, it all hangs together. That is why we always give tailor-made advice. We’ll be happy to call in to make your acquaintance!

  • Are we on the same wavelength? Immediately after the interview, we start looking for the right candidate. Of course, we also advertise the vacancy widely through our network (e.g. on job boards and LinkedIn) and our database of qualified marketing professionals.
  • Potential candidates will first have a telephone interview with one of our experienced consultants. If the outcome is positive, we invite the candidate to our office (in some cases, an online interview is an alternative).
  • If we think the candidate is a good match, we send the CV together with a profile of the candidate to the client.
  • Does the candidate indeed turn out to be a good fit for the organisation? Then our joint mission will have been accomplished!
  • Only when you have concluded an agreement with the candidate will the invoice follow. No cure, no pay!
