De functie
The focus is on growth and results within the premium/high-end segment: sales-driven, conversion-oriented, and with a strong customer experience. You’ll work in a scale-up environment where marketing truly makes a difference.
You’ll be the link between marketing, sales, and tech, acting as a sparring partner for the management team. You’ll collaborate with developers, design partners, and stakeholders to create campaigns and content that convert. You’ll help build a brand that stands for innovation, cloud-native expertise, and technological leadership.
You’ll have the opportunity to ensure the company is top-of-mind for both clients and candidates.
What Will You Do?
- Shape and execute the marketing strategy: from brand positioning to lead generation.
- Develop international campaigns that support sales, recruitment, and thought leadership, and manage external agencies for design, development, and SEO.
- Optimise the website for conversion, visibility, and storytelling, while coordinating and managing developers and designers.
- Analyse data and performance using tools like HubSpot, GA4, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. You’ll manage the international marketing budgets.
- Experiment with and integrate AI copy tools, chatbots, and marketing automation.
- Collaborate with sales and recruitment to reach and activate the right target audiences.

- A completed HBO+ level education
- At least 10 years of experience in the IT sector
- Experience with marketing automation, AI tools, and digital channels
- Strong skills in budget management, ROI analysis, and data-driven marketing
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Analytical, results-oriented, and capable of operating both strategically and hands-on
- A passion for technology, innovation, and international business
