De functie

As the Head of Marketing and Branding, you would be responsible for supervising and managing their group brand. This means:

  • You will be in charge of developing and managing our all branding and marketing initiatives related to the brand of this organization. 
  • You will be in charge of respective marketing budgets, investments, research and development costs.
You will deal with brand, content and campaign management. This includes positioning, brand values, brand story etc. including co-branding strategy with the individual local brands, working closely with the respective stakeholders in the operating businesses. Translating brand strategy into annual budgets, targets, channel/campaign plans, content marketing strategy etc. In addition, you will be conceptualising and executing mono/multichannel B2B campaigns across the entire marketing mix, including operational market research, campaign development, campaign planning, managing external service providers and performance measurement. Furthermore, your tasks will include the following:

  • Launch employer branding campaigns at group level in collaboration with the Head of HR.
  • Act as a booster & coordinator for joint marketing activities and as a link between the marketing organisations.
  • Identify best practices to be shared within the group in this area.
  • Negotiate group-wide terms with external suppliers if appropriate and advantageous.
  • Define group-wide marketing performance KPIs and coordinate implementation in BI/CRM system.

Dit wordt er van jou gevraagd

  • You have a strong track record in B2B marketing functions, ideally in professional services companies.
  • Successful track record in developing marketing plans and campaigns, applying online marketing and social media strategies and introducing marketing automation.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • You have an outstanding strategic as well as entrepreneurial understanding
  • You have solid stakeholder management skills and can build trusted relationships with a variety of personalities and across different levels
  • You are a hands-on and non-hierarchical team player who is equally effective in managing up and down and relates well at all levels and cultures
