De functie
As a Digital Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of the Marketing & Communication team, bringing the brand to life for clients, partners and new talent.
You’ll be the driving force behind the digital ecosystem, managing and optimising everything from the website and intranet to marketing portals. You'll have the exciting challenge of shaping the digital strategy and annual plans, making sure every digital channel is firing on all cylinders to support the sales and marketing goals.
You'll be hands-on in crafting unforgettable customer experiences, boosting engagement, and driving conversions across all digital platforms. This implies mapping out the customer journey, launching dynamic email campaigns, and pushing the boundaries with cutting-edge tech like AI and animation to make your content pop out. Every day will be an adventure as you lead the creation and distribution of engaging digital content, manage CRM systems, and dive deep into analysing online performance.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with the talented Content Manager, Brand Designer, and M&C Advisor. Together, you’ll be scaling up sales products, reaching new clients, and championing a digital-first mindset that keeps our client ahead of the game!
Dit wordt er van jou gevraagd
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Fluent in English and proficiency in Dutch (B1 level)
- Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress, SEO, and META
- This role requires strong skills in stakeholder management, budget control and strategic thinking
